Kartik Research accepts returns on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your artisanal garments meet the highest standards of quality and fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and authenticity tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
