How long does international shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, with international delivery taking approximately 7-10 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition artisanal pieces may be final sale.
How should I care for my hand-dyed garments?
Due to the use of natural dyes and delicate hand-embroidery, we recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent to preserve the color and fabric integrity.
Do you offer custom sizing or bespoke services?
Currently, we offer a range of standard sizes based on our unique silhouettes. While we do not offer full bespoke services, we are happy to provide detailed measurements to help you find the perfect fit.
